Mit vertauschten Rollen. Denn statt junge Kambodschanerinnen und Kambodschaner auszubilden, dr\u00fccken sie selbst f\u00fcr insgesamt neun Wochen die Schulbank. Wobei das Bild mit der Bank so nicht ganz richtig ist. Denn statt im Klassenzimmer nur Theorie zu b\u00fcffeln, sind die f\u00fcnf vielmehr extrem praktisch unterwegs.<\/p><p>Die Weiterbildung erfolgt in den Bereichen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smilinggecko.ch\/de\/land-und-viehwirtschaft\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Landwirtschaft<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ( Chanty und Khema) und <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smilinggecko.ch\/de\/land-und-viehwirtschaft\/\">Fischzucht<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (Sopha und Vuthy) sowie in der <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smilinggecko.ch\/de\/cambodia-home\/smiling-gecko-campus\/handwerk-und-produktion\/\">Schreinerei<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (Pheara). Dabei durchlaufen sie \u00e4hnliche Programme wie unsere eigenen Auszubildenen. Wertvolles Wissen, das sie danach an ihre eigenen Auszubildenen weitergeben. Eine perfekte Verbindung wie wir finden. Und nat\u00fcrlich freuen wir uns sehr, dass die Expertise unserer Fachbetriebe jetzt auch fernab des Campus weitergegeben wird.<\/p><\/div>\n
