Become a Helping Hand
As a Helping Hand, you contribute directly on our campus in Cambodia. Whether on the farm, in the kitchen, in a workshop or at the Farmhouse Resort, your contribution matters. What you need most is an open mind and a willingness to get involved. Even one week is enough to take part.
Jobs in Cambodia
Are you a qualified professional, such as a teacher, metalworker or carpenter? We regularly seek skilled people for our teams on campus in Cambodia. Placements last at least six months. Travel, accommodation and meals are included, with a small salary available for some positions.
School sponsorship
For CHF 25.00 a month, you support the entire Smiling Gecko School, from teaching to healthcare.

Would you like to organise a fundraising or information event in support of Smiling Gecko? We can provide information materials and flyers and, on request, put you in touch with our founder Hannes Schmid as a speaker.
